Provita Health Store provides services subject to the acceptance of these conditions, and the use of these constitutes acceptance of our conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these conditions, do not access or use the Our Services.

Although we provide information about our products to answer questions from our visitors, we do not provide medical advice. For that reason , you should never use the information obtained from our customer service staff  for the diagnosis or treatment of any health problem or instead of any medication or treatment prescribed by a physician or other health professional.

Ask your doctor or other certified health care professional  if you have questions related to health before using any of our products.

Return Policy

All sales are final, however if you want to return an item, a return authorization number is required. Please call (1-704-665-7809) or write to info@provitahealthstore.com. Package sent without an R.A.N., will be refused. Once your product arrives in our warehouse it takes 3 to 10 days to process your return.

You may return your order within 15 days of your shipping for a refund minus shipping and handling charges including orders with free shipping. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Items must be in new condition and it's original packaging.

Warranty

Most products carry a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Products with exceptions are usually listed on the product page. During the first 30 days after purchase we will assist you with any warranty issues. After 30 days warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer. Most often the manufacturer will not cover shipping costs for warranty issues.

Damaged or Defective Items

All products sold by ProvitaHealthStore are brand new; we do not sell preowned or refurbished products.

Any product received damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product will be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer if we are notified within 7 days from date of receipt. After 7 days you cannot make use of this warranty.

International Orders 

Credit cards may not be accepted on orders originating out of North America.  If you have any issues with payment, let us know and we will help you find an appropriate payment method.  Prices on this web are in US dollars. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include international shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may apply in his country. 

Customers who refuse shipment on any international order will be responsible for paying all shipping charges to and from the destination, as well as any duty, taxes or other charges that may be charged to Provita Health Store. There will also be a 20% restocking fee.

All international shipments are made via USPS. USPS is responsible for the transportation and package delivery received from Provita Health Store.

Provita Health Store cannot be held responsible for any international shipments that did not arrive on the estimated arrival date, and no refunds will be given in such an occurrence.

International Orders Return Policy

By placing your order to be shipped outside the United States, you agree to the additional conditions contained in this section.

Returns on international orders are not accepted. In the case that the package is rejected or returned by the customer or the customs of your country, we will receive the package only if it arrives in perfect condition and will proceed to refund the money minus shipping costs and 20% restocking fee.

Guarantee for international orders.

Most products have a one year manufacturer's warranty. The exceptions are specified in the product description. During the first 30 days after purchase, we will help with any warranty issue. After 30 days warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer. International customers are responsible for shipping costs to ship products to and from the manufacturer return, repair or replacement.

All the products we sell and send are brand new, we do not sell used or re-manufactured products. We are not responsible for loss or deterioration of products due by transportation or customs checks.

Voltage Requirements:  Please be aware that all products except a few are rated at 110-120 voltage for USA use and may not work in your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to know what your country's voltage is before plugging it in, as the wrong voltage will permanently damage your product and will void your warranty. You may need a voltage converter.
