ReBuilder lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship
All ReBuilder models carry a lifetime warranty which covers any defects or malfunctions which are not caused by the end user.
When this happens, the client should contact us via email explaining what the problem is so we can troubleshoot it. Most of the problems can be fixed this way but when this is not the case, then the client should do the following:
- We will give you a return order number for your repair/replacement ReBuilder, please write this number on the outside of the box in which the device will be shipped.
- Place the Rebuilder with its battery in it, the AC adapter (if your model has one), and the lead wire(s).
- Send this box back to the address we will give you. For your records, please write down the tracking number from the shipping company you decided to use to ship it out. We encourage our clients to purchase insurance for this shipment.
Once your device is completely repaired, it will be shipped back to you free of charge.
All other accessories carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Should you have a defective accessory, please email us and we will help you with this matter.
If your device gets damaged by water, dropping it on the floor or any other sort of accident which is not considered as a workmanship defect, you can still send it in for repairs for a cost. If this is your case, please contact us.
