Return of ReBuilder Equipment
Return of ReBuilder equipment will be accepted within 15 days of your purchase and applies only to unused equipment. The product must have its original labels and packaging. It must not show signs of use, dirt or wear.
Only the following are allowed as causes for a return: those due to factory damage or manufacturing defects. No returns will be accepted because you changed your mind about the purchase or because you did not obtain the expected results.
Only the price of the ReBuilder is refundable. For sanitary reasons and in accordance with the law, accessories such as: adhesive electrodes, oval/rectangular cables, conductive gloves, conductive socks, ring electrodes, non-adhesive electrodes, electrolyte bottles are not allowed to be returned.
To initiate the return process, the customer must get in touch with Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N) which must be written on the outside of the package.
We are not responsible for returns that get lost or damaged in transit, and we will not give any credit back to you until the items return to our warehouse in the above mentioned conditions. Because of this, we recommend returns be shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDEX with transportation insurance.
Once the equipment arrives at our offices, it will be checked by our technicians to verify that the equipment is in optimal conditions for its return and without signs of use, cosmetic damage, or functional damage. If no anomaly is found in the equipment, we will proceed with the refund to the customer´s original payment method.
The customer will be discounted a 20% of the item’s value as return fee and shipping costs will be deducted as well, even for orders with free shipping. The final amount will be refunded within 30 days after the arrival of the equipment to our offices.
