Domestic shipping within the United States
Domestic orders are shipped via FEDEX, UPS or USPS. The shipping rate is automatically calculated at the time you place the order.
We can offer free shipping for some articles; this can be changed at any moment.
All orders made after 3:00 pm eastern time, will not be processed until the next working day. We do not send to PO Boxes and hotels addresses.
International shipments will be made via USPS (United States Postal Services) as International Priority Mail or Express Mail International EMI. Sometimes we will ship your order through FEDEX.
Once the shipment has been made, the customer will receive the tracking number of your order with the shipping date and estimated date of arrival.
The estimated arrival time via Express Mail International is eight working days and, via International Priority Mail 10 to 12 working days.

International orders are subject to additional review, which takes 24-48 hours.
Customs fees and taxes: By placing an order from this website, you acknowledge that any fees, taxes, or charges of any kind when passing through the customs of the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and importer (You). If Customs returns the package for non-payment of these values, we will check that the product is in perfect condition, just as we sent it. Any additional cost will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer, including shipping, handling, and packaging costs.
Customs Clearance: Prohibited and restricted products differ from country to country. Some products may require a permit or written permission to clear customs. Find out what needs the Customs of your country are to ship products to prevent them held your package.
Customs: It is your responsibility as the importer to verify if the products you are ordering require any specific permission to go through the destination country’s customs. It would be best to investigate what is required to send products to your country and thus avoid being held. In the case of being retained by the customs of the country of destination, it is the responsibility of the buyer or importer to carry out the procedures required for its release and delivery.
