Refund policy
At Provita Health Store, we work to ensure our customers’ complete satisfaction. However, we understand that unforeseen events may arise. Below, we detail our website’s return and refund policy for purchases.
1. Return Period
Customers have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.
2. Eligible Products
Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from Provita Health Store. Returns will not be accepted for products purchased from other stores.
3. Return Conditions
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its intact packaging.
To request a return, you must contact us via email at info@provitahealthstore.com or via WhatsApp at +1-980-216-1526 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). Returns sent without this number will be rejected.
We recommend using insured shipping, as Provita Health Store is not responsible for loss or damage during transport.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 8 business days after receiving the product returned.
The refund may be made through the original payment method or as a store credit.
Shipping costs and a 20% fee on the item’s value will be deducted as a return fee.
5. Exclusions
For health reasons, some products, such as supplements, food, opened products, shaker bottles, promotions, or gifts, are not eligible for return.
6. Return Process
To start the return or exchange process, please send us the following information:
- Full name.
- Order number.
- Product(s) to be returned (attach photo if possible).
- R.A.N. number on the package to avoid rejections.
7. Exchanges and Replacements
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. In these cases, the customer assumes the cost of return shipping but is exempt from the 20% return fee.
8. Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable.
9. International Returns
We do not accept returns on international orders under any circumstances. The customer or importer is responsible for covering any taxes and customs fees. If the package is refused due to non-payment of such charges, the refund will not be issued.
If the package is returned to Provita Health Store for reasons beyond the buyer or importer’s control, the following conditions will apply:
- Once the package is received, an inspection will be carried out to verify its condition.
- The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or abuse.
- Security seals must be intact and not have been tampered with.
We will notify you via email once the package is received and confirm whether the return is approved or rejected. If approved, corresponding discounts for handling and shipping and a 20% return fee will be applied.
10. Additional Information
Shipping costs, taxes, and additional fees are not refundable.
If you have been notified that your refund was processed but have not received it, we recommend contacting your issuing bank for more details. Once Provita Health Store issues the refund and sends the receipt, it is not responsible for delays or problems with the financial institution.
